We ship to the contiguous United States. Tracking information is provided for all items via email at the time of shipment.
We offer $199 flat rate shipping on the LGM-100 to anywhere in the lower 48. All other products have a free shipping option. All shipping options are presented at check out.

The main LGM-100 components ship freight via Old Dominion Freight Lines (ODFL). Our recommended shipping method is to have ODFL hold your LGM-100 at your nearest ODFL terminal for you to pick up. ODFL will call you once the unit has arrived at the terminal, and will help load it into your vehicle. If needed, a residential delivery option is available at checkout for a fee. Returns. We are confident you will be fully satisfied with your LGM USA products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. So we offer a 30 day return period. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery of your purchased items to initiate a return. Items must be in working condition and free from damage besides cosmetic blemishes. Upon receipt of eligible returns, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds. We have to pay transaction fees even on cancelled/refunded orders. These are fees that are charged by the processing companies, LGM USA does not charge any transaction fees. But it’s important to us that you feel confident shopping with us and we understand that sometimes plans change. Therefore, our policy is: we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of any unshipped orders, exclusions apply. Exclusions to this policy include: a) subsequent order cancellations, which will be subject to the greater of either a 3% fee or all associated transaction fees; b) orders for custom work where that work has been partially or fully performed, which will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise agreed upon.
